What do you believe is the role of the City Council in our community?
As the fiscal body for the city, the City Council is elected to represent the interests of taxpayers and ensure that when money is spent, it is with the goal of ensuring quality while keeping costs low. It’s their role to increase quality of life for all businesses and residents while keeping taxes low.
What experiences and qualities do you think makes you the best candidate for this position?
As a Clay Township Board member for the last twelve years, I have a proven history of ‘getting things done on time and on budget,’ and have led several initiatives that have propelled Carmel forward.
