Identify your top three (3) issues that you wish to address during your tenure in office and rank them in order of priority.
1. Revitalizing the Allisonville Corridor – To continue to work to address the resident concern with the 116th and Allisonville intersection and the surrounding area. This includes roads, walkability, and commercial redevelopment.
2. Supporting the development of jobs in the city – This enables us to continue to provide a place for people to live, work, and play.
3. Emphasizing Public Safety – To remain a smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial community, we need to remain as one of the safest communities.
What do you believe is the role of the City Council in our community?
To serve the community. As a member of the legislative body that manages the fiduciary responsibility of the city, addressing residents’ concerns and providing city services such as roads, public safety, sewer, and parks in a fiscally responsible way to maintain a AAA bond rating.
What experiences and qualities do you think makes you the best candidate for this position?
First of all, a candidate must have a heart to serve. My record for serving and volunteering speaks for itself. I have served on non-profit boards, meeting with businesses and residents to address concerns, volunteering, and assisting others. Secondly, my education (MBA) and financial sector experience have enabled me to understand the, at times, complex nature of development and municipal finance. Thirdly, I promote entrepreneurship through coaching and consulting with private equity, venture capital, and seed capital organizations. This brings experience in innovation, capital raising, and job growth to a community that is smart, vibrant, and entrepreneurial.

The insight garnered in these conversations allows the City of Fishers to create a supportive and thriving business community.
